Jocelyn McLean Adams is a Canadian Experience Designer (ED).

With over twenty years in the communications and marketing sector, Jocelyn sees the big picture while embracing individuals' lived experiences and cultures. As an advocate, educator, and policy consultant, Jocelyn uses people-first design-thinking at all identifiable touchpoints that craft the client, patient, or customer experience.

Currently, Jocelyn works in sex and gender research and health equity and is the Executive Director of Gender Affirming Care Prince Edward Island. She is a contributor to numerous working groups and task forces across Canada, including, The Maritime SPOR Support Unit, Healthcare Excellence Canada, Women's Health Research Institute, The Enchanté Network, and The Trans-Link Network. She is a member of the World Professional Association for Transgender Health and the Canadian College of Health Leaders. She earned Gender Affirming PEI a 2023 PEI Human Rights award.

As a consultant, she is also a Certified Supplier for The Canadian Gay and Lesbian Chamber of Commerce.
